HOW MANY BUNDLES CAN MAKE A FULL HEAD?

Usually, on average, it takes 3-4 bundles to do a full head installation. Of course, this varies from person to person. Some people require more and some require less. We normally recommend that our customers purchase one more bundle when the purchased hair length is over 18 inches.

WHAT TYPE OF QUALITY CAN I EXPECT FROM YOUR COMPANY?

Our hair is completely 100% virgin hair without any mix. We would like to clearly state that it is perfectly normal for human virgin hair to have dry ends because it loses nutrition after it is cut from the donor. Just nurse it with some hair oil or other conditioners. There will be no negative effects on the quality of the hair.

DOES YOUR HAIR TANGLE?

Commonly, hair extensions may get tangled due to dryness, build-up of oil and dirt, exposure to salt water or chlorine, or poor maintenance. Make sure to wash and condition your hair regularly. You may use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for additional tips.

DOES YOUR HAIR SHED?

This may come as a surprise, but ALL hair sheds! Even our own hair sheds, right? The difference that matters is how much sheds. All of our hair has a machine double weft. If you cut the weft during installation, we recommend that you seal the weft again to ensure that it is strong.

DOES YOUR HAIR HAVE AN ODOR?

We do not receive much feedback about our hair having an odor, but some clients may talk about an odor when receiving the hair. If there is any odor, maybe from transport of the hair, after co-washing the hair, the odor will disappear.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR HAIR LAST?

Our hair is of top quality and with the proper care and maintenance, your bundles or wig can last for more than a year.

WHAT KIND OF HAIR CARE PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?

You should use high quality shampoo and conditioner which will make your hair soft and shiny. You can use gel and styling products to keep your hair in its style. Olive oil is also a good choice to keep your hair healthy. Consult a stylist for additional tips.

CAN I WEAR MY EXTENSIONS LIKE MY OWN HAIR?

You can do anything in your extensions that you would do wearing your natural hair. You can take a shower/bath, go out into the wind and rain, play sports, etc. No matter what occasion, your hair will look as fabulous as real hair no matter if it's dry or wet. However, please remember that extensive water exposure will loosen the bonding of hair, so you must carefully dry it afterwards. If you do much swimming, we highly recommend that you utilize a swimming cap.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LENGTH TO ORDER?

Our hair is measured in stretched length. Please consult the chart below to help you decide what length is best for you.

WHAT DIFFERENT TEXTURES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer several different textures to match your needs. We offer body wave, loose wave, deep wave, kinky curly, Afro kinky curly, and straight. These textures come in different types, such as, Brazilian, Peruvian, Malaysian, and others.
